Church in the woods, Bramdean

The iron church was built in 1883 as the instigation of the Rev. Alfred Ceasar Bishop M.A. (the rector of Bramdean) in order that the commoners, charcoal burners and gypsy itinerants who used Bramdean Common were able to attend a church.

Throughout the year I visit the canal with my camera and simply love walking there in any case. In recent years around Farnborough and Aldershot they've improved the paths through the woodlands opening up new areas to explore! So this page will be updated often 😀
