I highly recommend the campsite we stayed at in Purbeck, Dorset. Its called “Woodlands” and is just down the road from Corfe Castle. As you approach the castle on the A351 from Wareham take a right towards Kimmeidge and Steeple, it’s about 3/4 of a mile along this road and on the right.
The site comprises of a mixture of field and woodlands that are beautiful right now with bluebells, wildflowers. If you are a wildlife lover you’ll also enjoy the various birds here and there are badgers around too.
The site is owners are very helpful, friendly and love to spend time chatting with their guests.
Toilet facilities are new and clean. The showers are very good. You may have an electric point if you want one and all campers are welcome.
Suffice to say we will be back in the future.
